KineSolver operates under strict international SaaS e-commerce standards, consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations (GDPR & KVKK). All digital transactions are protected via 256-bit SSL encryption and processed exclusively by licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant financial institutions.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service
By accessing or using the KineSolver web application, APIs, synthesis engines, or downloading any computer-aided design (AutoCAD DXF, 3D STL, G-code, Excel kinematic logs) files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue access immediately.
2. Software as a Service (SaaS) Digital License Grant
KineSolver grants registered users and paid subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable digital license to access computational mechanism synthesis modules (Cam Mechanism, Crank-Rocker, Function Generator, Coupler Path, Burmester Motion) and export analytical CAD models in accordance with their subscription tier (Free, Pro Member, or Single Instant Download).
KineSolver is an advanced kinematic synthesis and theoretical CAE calculation tool. All generated profiles (cam pitch boundaries, coupler trajectories, transmission angles, gear/bar assemblies) represent ideal mathematical solutions based on user-provided inputs. Final physical verification—including structural finite element analysis (FEA), material selection, dynamic vibration, contact stress (Hertzian contact), thermal expansion, lubrication, and industrial safety compliance—is strictly the responsibility of the licensed engineer or manufacturing enterprise. KineSolver and its developers shall not be liable for any tooling damages, machine failures, manufacturing downtime, personal injuries, or consequential losses arising from the use of exported files.
3. User Accounts, Security & Fair Use
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing individual subscriptions across multiple concurrent external users or attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or denial-of-service the cloud solver infrastructure is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate license termination without refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The KineSolver brand, algorithmic solvers, 2D/3D web viewer engines, and user interfaces are protected by international copyright, patent, and trademark laws. However, all custom CAD drawings, DXF profiles, and product mechanisms synthesized by you using the platform are your exclusive commercial property and may be utilized in your commercial industrial products without royalty obligations.

3. Payment Terms, Currencies & Invoicing
Payments are executed in EUR, USD, or TRY via authorized international payment gateways (credit card, debit card, 3D Secure verification). Official electronic invoices / digital purchase receipts are issued instantaneously to the customer's verified billing email.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Digital Delivery Acknowledgment
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and relevant digital commerce regulations: For Single Instant CAD Downloads (€1.99), the service performance begins instantaneously upon file generation. By completing the checkout, the buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges the waiver of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period once the download has initiated.
1. Data Controller & Protection Principles
KineSolver acts as Data Controller. We respect your confidentiality and adhere strictly to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and personal data protection regulations. We never sell, rent, or monetize personal user information.
2. Categories of Information Collected
- Account Identification: Full name, professional title, email address, password hash (encrypted via industry-standard hashing).
- Kinematic & Project Data: Mechanism parameters, linkage dimensions, CAD export requests (stored securely to enable project restoration).
- Billing & Transaction Logs: Transaction ID, plan tier, invoice address. Credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV security codes are processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment processors and are NEVER stored on KineSolver servers.
3. Cookies & Local Storage Usage
KineSolver uses strictly necessary session cookies and localStorage to maintain authenticated user sessions, prevent quota fraud, and retain UI preferences (e.g. 2D Blueprint zoom level and YouTube links). No intrusive third-party advertising cookies are deployed.
4. Data Subject Rights (Access, Deletion, Portability)
Users retain full rights to request an export of their stored project data or demand complete account deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") by emailing support@kinesolver.com. Requests are processed within 48 business hours.
1. Single Instant CAD Downloads (€1.99)
Due to the intangible and instantaneous nature of digital engineering deliverables (AutoCAD DXF profile generation, 3D STL mesh synthesis, and numerical G-code generation), sales of Single Instant Downloads are non-refundable once the file download has completed successfully, unless a verifiable mathematical calculation bug on our server prevented delivery of the file.
2. Monthly Pro SaaS Subscription (€9.99/mo)
Pro Memberships may be cancelled at any time directly through the User Dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- No further recurring charges will be incurred.
- Your unlimited CAD download access and 60 FPS video recording privileges remain fully active until the end of the paid monthly billing cycle.
3. Technical Failure & Defect Warranty
If an exported DXF or STL file is proven to be corrupted or mathematically non-functional due to a platform engine error, our engineering team will provide a corrected file within 24 hours or issue a 100% monetary refund.
1. Electronic Delivery Nature (No Physical Shipping)
All products and deliverables sold by KineSolver are strictly digital intangible goods (computational CAE simulation services, AutoCAD DXF files, 3D STL solid models, and numerical coordinate tables). There is no physical shipping, freight, or physical media dispatched.
2. Instantaneous Fulfillment Time
Delivery takes place instantaneously (within 0 to 5 seconds) inside the client browser upon completion of payment or authorization of free monthly quota. Download links remain accessible in your browser session and project dashboard.
3. System Availability & SLA Commitment
Our cloud kinematic synthesis servers maintain a 99.9% uptime objective. In the event of scheduled maintenance, advance notices are displayed on the platform banner.
